* Police seek public help to arrest a couple who defrauded millions

Sept 14, Colombo: The Kandy Special Crime Investigation Division has received 09 complaints that the owner of a private company located in Katugastota, Kandy and his wife have defrauded over 50 million rupees from people by saying that they will auction plots of lands.

The suspects are identified as the husband and wife couple Muthuthantrige Jude Fernando of and Egodaha's Hali-Ela House Srimati Thissakumari.

The police request the public to inform the police on the following telephone numbers if they have any information on the couple.
