* Dialog Prashansa celebrates customer service and Elders’ Week

Nov 21, Colombo: Dialog Axiata PLC, Sri Lanka’s premier connectivity provider, celebrated Customer Service and Elders’ Week with Dialog Prashansa conducting an event at Dialog Axiata Head Office to educate and empower senior citizens on digital technology with the objective of bridging the digital divide between generations.

The program aimed to increase digital literacy amongst seniors, empowering them to leverage the power of technology to improve their own lives. The program covered topics such as an introduction to digital technologies, myths and beliefs related to the internet and digital media, digital essentials and engagement, as well as digital safety.

This was the latest in a series of programs and events held by Dialog Prashansa, the company’s mobile postpaid plan for government service pensioners, provided in partnership with the Department of Pensions.

Dialog Prashansa mobile Postpaid plan offers 1000 minutes and SMS to any network, along with 2GB Data for just Rs 300 + tax. Additionally, the plan provides its customers with the opportunity to own a 4G smartphone through a 24-month easy payment plan, with the installment added to their monthly mobile bill.
