Nov 17, Colombo: The Court of Appeal has today (17) issued an order to the police not to arrest pastor Jerome Fernando when he arrives at the airport or any other place in the island.

Considering a writ petition filed by Pastor Jerome Fernando, the two-member bench of Court of Appeal Judge (Chairman) Nissanka Bandula Karunaratne and Chamath Morais issued this order.

The court order states that the pastor must give a statement to the Digital Forensic Division of the Criminal Investigation Department within 48 hours after arriving in the island.
