Nov 14, Colombo: Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has been summoned to appear before the parliamentary Committee on Public Enterprises (COPE) today.
COPE chairman MP Prof. Ranjith Bandara said meeting would commence at 2:00 pm today (14).
Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena informed Sports Minister Roshan Ranasinghe on Nov 10th in Parliament that if there is a problem with the Sri Lanka Cricket board, it should be referred to the Parliamentary Committee on Public Enterprises.
Accordingly, COPE has decided to call Sri Lanka Cricket before the Committee today.
