May 12, Colombo: Newly-appointed Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe says he has a majority in Parliament and will not intervene with the ‘GotaGoGama’ struggle at Galle Face.

Speaking at the Walukaramaya Raja Maha Viharaya in in Kollupitiya, Colombo after receiving blessings, Wickremesinghe said the Police would not do anything to the protesters at Galle Face and the GotaGoGama struggle must continue.

He said the cabinet composition is still not decided and appointment of the new cabinet will not take place tomorrow.

The new Premier said he will show majority from both sides in parliament.
