* Three-hour day and night power cuts from tomorrow

June 26, Colombo: The Public Utilities Commission said the Ceylon Electricity Board has been given permission extend daily power cuts by 30 minutes. Accordingly power supply will be cut off for 3 hours daily from tomorrow to July 03.

Accordingly, areas A to L and P to W will experience a one hour and 40 minute power disruption during the day and a one hour and 20 minute disruption at night.

Furthermore, area CC will experience two hour power disruptions between 6am and 8pm except on the 2nd and 3rd of July.

Areas M,N,O,X,Y, & Z to will experience power disruptions of three hours between 5am and 8pm excluding the 2nd and 3rd of July.
