* KDU launches International Research Journal in Computing

Jan 18, Colombo: The Volume 01, Issue 01 of the International Journal of Research in Computing (IJRC) published by the Faculty of Computing, General Sir John Kotelawala Defense University (KDU) was launched at the KDU premises recently.

Dean Faculty of Computing, Dr. ADAI Gunasekara presented the first copy to the KDU Vice Chancellor Maj. Gen. Milinda Peiris during the session, the KDU said.

The KDU sources also said this is a peer reviewed bi-annual publication which provides a platform to both local and international researchers and an opportunity to disseminate latest knowledge in computing.

Each article in this volume is written as an outcome of the high-quality research and this will contribute to expand literature in the field of computing for the benefit of future research, they also said.

Deputy Vice Chancellors, Editor in Chief of IJRC Dr. HRWP Gunathilaka were also present at the occasion.
