Apr 15, Colombo: Former Finance Minister Basil Rajapaksa has been admitted to a private hospital in Colombo after contracting COVID-19, local media reports said.

It is reported that former Finance Minister’s wife has also been infected with the COVID-19 coronavirus.

It is reported that the former minister and his wife are currently receiving treatment at a private hospital in Colombo.

Sri Lanka reported only 19 daily Covid-19 cases on Friday and a total of 662,794.
