* Sri Lanka seeks financial and legal advisers to manage external debt sustainability

Apr 11, Colombo: The Government of Sri Lanka through Ministry of Finance has published the Request for Proposals (RfPs) from interested parties or agencies for the appointment of Financial Advisors and Legal Consultants for managing its external debt sustainability.

The GOSL is soliciting proposals from leading international financial advisors with experience in advising sovereigns in managing their external debt in a sustainable manner having engaged in liability management.

For Legal Consultant, the government is seeking an international legal consultant with expertise in providing legal services to the Sovereign in its management of strengthening the external debt sustainability.

Proposals must be submitted not later than 1200 HRS (IST) on 16 April 2022. No late proposals will be considered and Proposals which do not conform to this RfP will not be acknowledged.
