* Expolanka responds to unusual trading activity in its securities

Sept 16, Colombo: Expolanka Holdings, a global diversified conglomerate rooted in Sri Lanka explained about the unusual trading activity in the securities of the company, to the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) today(16).

In a letter to the Head of Trading Operations, Market Surveillance & Corporate Affairs of the CSE, Mushtaq Ahamed Group Director-Finance of Expolanka Holdings PLC confirmed that there are no undisclosed price-sensitive information in relation to Expolanka Holdings PLC.

“We would like to confirm that there are no undisclosed price-sensitive information in relation to Expolanka Holdings PLC or any other reason which may have caused the unusual trading activity as observed by the Colombo Stock Exchange, without being published on CSE,” the officer wrote to CSE.

Expolanka Holdings is a global diversified conglomerate rooted in Sri Lanka. The group specializes in logistics, leisure and investments.
