Mar 29, Colombo: Dialog Finance PLC has informed the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) that the dates of the Rights Issue will be further revised considering the market holidays declared by CSE from 23 March 2020 to 27 March 2020 in view of the ongoing curfew in the Colombo District.

The revised dates will be notified to the CSE once the market opens.

Due to the prevailing situation in the country, the dates of the Rights Issue of the Company were revised and Trace Commencement was set to 20 March and Last date of renunciation to the CDS was set to 27 March while Last date of payment and acceptance of rights as to be on 30 March.

The CSE has declared Monday March 30th as a market Holiday due to the ongoing curfew.
