Municipal Commissioner Champika Roshani Dissanayake said considering the current situation in the country, the payments for the month of March will be delivered to the recipients’ homes in the next three days, 8, 9, & 10 April.

Accordingly, 12,970 low income and underprivileged families in the Colombo Municipal Council area will be given assistance. This monthly assistance so far have been paid through the Post Offices.
