Aug 17, Colombo: Criminal Investigation Department (CID) seeks public assistance to apprehend a suspect, who has made business transactions with stolen credit cards.

The Criminal Investigations Department has commenced investigations on a complaint lodged over the suspect who had used stolen credit card information to conduct business transactions with businesses in the country.

Police have found CCTV footage of the suspect purchasing items from a jewellery shop using stolen credit card data.

Police are requesting the public to report any information on the suspect to following telephone numbers.
