* Trendy Hub brings runway fashion to flagship store in Colpetty
Fri, May 24, 2019, 11:01 am SL Time, ColomboPage News Desk, Sri Lanka.

May 24, Colombo: Runway-ready label Trendy Hub opened its flagship outlet on Galle Road adjoining Aloe Avenue with a private reception on Tuesday, 21 May.

The opening was attended by clients, friends and well-wishers with one of cricket's most fashionable men- Mahela Jayawardena- as guest of honor.

Trendy Hub takes its name seriously. The collections here find their inspiration from the runways of London, Paris and Milan. Think haute couture but wearable, say its founders.

"We want our customers to be excited every time they walk into this store," says Andrew Perera, shareholder of YNM Trendy Hub (Pvt) Ltd. "Our clothes are sourced from and inspired by the fashion capitals of the world, making this a unique experience for Sri Lankan shoppers. Imagine walking into a store and being able to find the perfect outfit for any occasion, be it a casual jumpsuit for Sunday brunch, work looks that say you mean business, or an elegant evening gown. That's the Trendy Hub experience."

Trendy Hub first opened its doors in Colombo at the Colombo City Centre (CCC) mall last December. The store has quickly become the go-to for any shopper at CCC- the off-runway looks, affordable tags and the frequency of new collections made for easy, exciting shopping for its clientele. With the opening of its flagship store in Colpetty, Trendy Hub creates a more luxurious experience with a more intimate and comfortably spacious setting, which is easily accessible to anyone in the city- the flagship store is next to ACBT on Galle Road.

The clothes at Trendy Hub are stirring up Colombo's retail fashion scene. From sharp tailored cuts to soft feminine frills and everything in between- the brand is on trend. There is a difference to be had between fast fashion and fashion inspired by the world's most well-known design houses; clients can find precise tailoring, colourful solids, and striking prints all under one roof at Trendy Hub. The store is designed ergonomically with plush interactive spaces and spacious changing rooms, and complemented by a trained team of expert staff to step in on the client's request.

Trendy Hub is a subsidiary of YNM Capital Holdings Pvt Ltd. The retail chain was founded by shareholders Yoonus Noor Mohamed, Chairman of YNM Capital Holdings, Chanaka Perera and Andrew Perera.
