* Decision on PC polls next week, Minister says

Feb 17, Colombo: Minister of Public Enterprise, Kandyan Heritage and Kandy Development and Leader of the House Lakshman Kiriella says that the decision regarding the provincial council elections will be taken next week.

Speaking at a ceremony held in Yatinuwara, the Minister said that this decision will be taken with the participation of all party representatives.

The Minister presided over a ceremony held to vest two roads developed in Yatinuwara with the public. Kotikagoda Menikdiwela Road was constructed at a cost of Rs. 538 million and Rs. 250 million was spent to develop Rathupitiya Uda Ratmawala road.

Five more roads in the area are being developed on the instructions of the Minister.
