* Two suspects arrested with 400 kg of Kerala cannabis

Feb 08, Colombo: Sri Lanka Police acting on information received have arrested two suspects transporting 400 kilograms of Kerala Ganja (Kerala Cannabis) in a Colombo suburb today.

Officers of Organized Crimes Prevention Division early this morning (08) arrested the two suspects while transporting the Kerala Cannabis stock in a van in Peliyagoda area.

The stock of Kerala Cannabis is estimated to be worth nearly Rs 40 million.

The Cannabis stock and the van have been seized, the office of Police Media Spokesperson said.
