* ISIS releases a photo and video of suicide bombers of Sri Lanka Easter Day attacks

Apr 23, Colombo: After claiming responsibility for the Easter Sunday bomb attacks in Sri Lanka that killed over 320 people, the Islamic State (ISIS) has released a photo and a video of the mastermind of the attack and other suicide bombers.

The video and the photo released through the terrorist organization's official news outlet Amaq News Agency show the suicide bombers with the leader Islamic State (IS) leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

Amaq News Agency released a video showing the Sri Lanka attackers pledging allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

In another report by the news agency, a photo shows eight men allegedly Sri Lankan suicide bombers with the ISIS leader.

Along with the photo, a report issued in Arabic on April 23, said "martyrdom-seeking attacks" and blasts from explosive devices, carried out by Islamic State fighters during a Christian holiday.

The report said the attacks primarily targeted Christian churches and hotels in which foreigners were present, and involved 7 martyrdom-seeking attacks and several explosive devices.
