* Pakistan HC in Sri Lanka re-launches official website

Oct 16, Colombo: High Commissioner of Pakistan in Colombo Dr. Shahid Ahmad Hashmat unveiled the new interface of the official website of the High Commission on October 16, 2018.

On the occasion, the High Commissioner said that the new website will become a one-stop gateway for visitors to Pakistan with essential information highlighting the rich cultural heritage of Pakistan.

The portal offers photos and videos on various tourism destinations in Pakistan and necessary information for the Sri Lankan nationals who wish to visit Pakistan. It also provides important links of various departments/organizations of the Government of Pakistan as well as official media outlets. It contains wide-ranging details of Pakistanís Buddhist and Gandhara Heritage in the form of books and other publications, which can be downloaded easily.

The website also offers comprehensive information about the activities of the High Commission and various development projects in Sri Lanka supported/sponsored by the Government of Pakistan. The website can be accessed at www.pakistanhc.lk.
