* BOI signs agreement with Braybrooke Residential Towers to set up $29 million apartment complex in Colombo

Nov 30, Colombo: Sri Lanka's investment promotion agency, Board of Investments (BOI) has signed an agreement with Braybrooke Residential Towers (Pvt) Ltd to set up an apartment complex in Colombo 2.

The total investment of this project is US$ 28.94 million and it will generate 1,730 direct employment opportunities, BOI said.

BOI Chairman Hemasiri Fernando signed the Agreement on behalf of the BOI and Directors of Braybrooke Residential Towers, Channa Prabodha Palansuriya and Suresh Rajendra signed the agreement on behalf of the company. Director General of the BOI Champika Malalgoda was also present.
