* Two new state ministers sworn in

July 10, Colombo: Sri Lanka President Maithripala Sirisena has appointed two new Sate Ministers and they were sworn in today before the President at the Presidential Secretariat today (10).

Lucky Jayawardena as the State Minister of Urban Development and Water Supply and J. C Alawathuwala as the State Minister of Home Affairs took their oaths today.

Lucky Jayawardena prior to the new portfolio served as the State Minister of Hill Country New Villages, Infrastructure and Community Development while J. C Alawathuwala was the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs.

Secretary to the President Udaya R. Senevirathne was also present on this occasion.
