* SLFP Central Committee to meet today

Dec 07, Colombo: The Central Committee of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) is scheduled to meet this evening, General Secretary of the SLFP Professor Rohana Lakshman Piyadasa has said.

The meeting that will be chaired by President Maithripala Sirisena is scheduled to be held at the President's House at 7.00 p.m.

The General Secretary of SLFP said that they expect to extensively discuss the current political status of the country and future political affairs at the meeting.
