Mar 09, Colombo: The curfew imposed on the Kandy Administrative District has been withdrawn as the situation is more peaceful now,

The Police Media Unit said the curfew imposed from 6.00 pm Thursday was lifted at 6.00 am today.

Curfew was imposed several times on the administrative district of Kandy due to the conflict situation that prevailed for the past several days.
