June 11, Colombo: The Elections Secretariat requests the public to duly fill the relevant BC form (registration form) and hand it over to the Grama Niladharis to prepare the electoral register.

The process of issuing these forms related to the electoral register to each house in the country has begun and already 90 percent has been distributed.
