* Sri Lanka's Colombo Stock Exchange launches Mobile App on the iTunes

June 26, Colombo: Sri Lanka's bourse, Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) today has launched its Mobile App on the Apple iTunes store offering all iOS users the latest market information at their fingertips.

The App, can now be downloaded free onto all iOS devices and is the follow-up to theCSE’s highly successful Android Application, a CSE release said.

The CSE Android Application was launched in December last year and has had over 4500 downloads and active users, since its launch.

The CSE App, easily accessible on any iOS device, offers Market Summary, ASPI and S&P SL20 graph details, Latest Trades, Announcements, Price List, Gainers and Losers, Details of Listed Securities, and My Portfolio - personal watch list.

The iOSApp will enable CSE to disseminate information to all investors who use the iOS platform.

The CSE said the Mobile App will be trilingual in order to ensure ease of access and the trilingual approach is in-line with the aggressive marketing strategy of the CSE that aims to bring-in local investors from every demographic.

"In investment, information is the most vital element of good decision making and with the CSE App investors have all the information they need, at their fingertips," CSE Chairman Mr. Vajira Kulatilaka said.
