* Sri Lanka Freedom Party to meet the coalition rebel party this evening

June 16, Colombo: A coalition party of Sri Lanka's ruling alliance National Freedom Front (NFF) that is in conflict with the leadership will meet the main coalition party Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) this evening.

The NFF will hold discussions with the special committee appointed by the SLFP central committee to discuss the 12 proposals submitted by the NFF to reform the government.

The discussion will take place today evening at the Presidential Secretariat.

Ministers Nimal Siripala de Silva, Maithripala Sirisena, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Susil Premajayantha and Basil Rajapaksa will represent the SLFP.

NFF is represented by party leader Minister Wimal Weerawansa, secretary Priyanjith Vitharana, Deputy Minister Weerakumara Dissanayaka, media spokesman Mohammed Muzammil and former Minister Piyasiri Wijenayake.
