* Sri Lanka's Laugfs transferred to CSE main board

Jan 29, Colombo: Shares of Sri Lanka's Laugfs Gas PLC, a subsidiary of Laugfs Holdings, have been transferred to the Main Board of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) from the second tier Diri Savi Board, the CSE said in a disclosure.

Accordingly, both ordinary and non-ordinary voting shares of the firm have been transferred to the Main Board.

The transfer is effective from the 29th of January, the CSE announced.

Firms seeking to list equity on the Main Board of CSE should have a capital of not less than Rs. 500 million at the time of listing and for a firm to list on the Diri Savi Board, it should have a capital of Rs. 100 million.
