Sept 04, Colombo: The Central Bank of Sri Lanka announced today that Pan Asia Banking Corporation has been appointed as a Primary Dealer in Government Securities.
The appointment of Pan Asia Banking Corporation (PABC) as a Primary Dealer has been made in terms of the Registered Stock and Securities Ordinance and the Local Treasury Bills Ordinance.
PABC is a licensed commercial bank and is listed under the Colombo Stock Exchange. It currently has 73 branches across the country.
Pan Asia Bank will commence its activities as a Primary Dealer in Government Securities on 16 September, 2013.
