Jan 22, Colombo: Sri Lanka Ministry of Health has planned to hold a special open discussion with all producers and distributors of pharmaceutical products used in the island.
The discussion will be held in the National Blood Center tomorrow, says the Ministry adding that the entire discussion will be open for the media.
A large number of stakeholders of pharmaceuticals sector have been invited for the discussion.
The higher officials of the Sri Lanka Drugs Authority and the senior officials of the Ministry of Health related to drugs are to participate in the discussion.
The discussion will focus on the standards of the drugs used in the country, a Ministry spokesman said.
