Feb 14, Colombo: The Leader of Sri Lanka Opposition and the United National Party (UNP) Ranil Wickremasinghe has decided to postpone the appointment of the deputy leaders of the UNP again.

Meanwhile the critics of UNP leadership say that the proposal set forth to appoint four Deputy Leaders is unconstitutional.
According to a report in The Island Wickremasinghe has decided to appoint seniors, Lakshman Kiriella and Kabir Hashim along with Sajith Premadasa as deputy leaders as he could not count on Premadasa to represent or speak on his behalf.
