Oct 04, Colombo: Pakistan restricted Sri Lanka for 139 in the first semi-final of the ICC Twenty20 Championship today at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.
After Sri Lanka won the toss and decided to bat, Pakistan's Shahid Afridi took out Sri Lankan skipper and opening batsman Mahela Jayawardena for 42 and Dilshan Tillakaratne scored 35 before he got an lbw from Umar Gul's ball.
In reply Pakistan has lot three quick wickets. Sri Lanka's Ajantha Mendis scalped Pakistan's Imran Nazir for 20 and Angelo Mathews claimed the wickets of Nasir Jamshed and Kamran Akmal.
