Sept 02, Colombo: A group of unidentified men had attacked the Managing Director of a FM radio station in Sri Lanka, outside the Sri Lankan capital Colombo, local media reported.

The managing director of the 'V FM' radio channel, Ruwan Sugathadasa received injuries and hospitalized Friday night following an attack by three unidentified men outside his residence in Boralesgamuwa, the police said.

The Boralesgamuwa police have arrested three men who had come in a jeep, along with their vehicle in Kotte, the radio station reported a short while ago.

The police said the motive for the attack is not known yet. The police investigations are continuing.
