July 29, Fort Wayne, IN: This year Annual Vas Pinkama organized by the Indiana Buddhist Temple will begin on 31 July 2010 with the observance of Rainy Season by the resident monks of the temple.

The program will begin with a Buddha Puja at 11:00 a.m. Following the Dane the members of the Temple community will formally invite the Buddhist monks to observe their rainy retreat (VASSA).

The season will conclude with the (Robe Offering Ceremony) in three months time.
