Aug 19, Colombo: Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa, who visited parliament today to attend consultative committee meetings of the Port and Defense ministries, exchanged pleasantries with former Cabinet colleague and United National Party (UNP) parliamentarian Mangala Samaraweera, at the MP's restaurant of the Parliament.

Opposition UNP parliamentarians Tissa Attanayake, Gayantha Karunatileka, and Luxman Senevirathne who were present at the restaurant also greeted the President.
