Sri Lanka's CID to record statement from General Fonseka's wife
A spokesperson for the Democratic National Alliance (DNA) led by General Fonseka said the CID had not specified the reason for recording a statement from Anoma Fonseka. Anoma Fonseka is currently leading the DNA election campaign in the absence of her husband who is in military custody. The spokesperson said the General's wife might meet with the CID officials tomorrow (21) to discuss the reason for requesting a statement from her. |
