Jan 4, Colombo: A special delegation headed by Omar EI Farhat of the World Islamic People's Leadership of Tripoli, Libya, an international organization headed by the Libyan leader Col. Muammar el Qaddafi and representing the World Islamic Call Society founded by the Libyan Leader called on President Mahinda Rajapaksa, at Temple Trees on 2nd January.
