Sri Lanka President's son launches his election campaign
Namal Rajapaksa, the ruling United People's Freedom Alliance organizer for Beliatta, launched his campaign with a host of social welfare activities in the area. The people in the electorate greeted the new candidate and his parents with a milk rice (kiribath) feast.
President Mahinda Rajapaksa, First Lady Shiranthi Rajapaksa and several artists also participated in the event.
