DNA national list nominee and JVP politburo member Anura Kumara Dissanayake told the media of moves to prematurely end the Court Martial against the Fonseka before April 22 and pass a guilty verdict to prevent him from participating in the inaugural sessions of the House.
Meanwhile, General Fonseka's wife, Anoma Fonseka told the media that doctors have diagnosed General Fonseka with stage 1 bronchitis.
She observed that although the doctor had prescribed six types of medicines, the General needed proper ventilation to recover. According to Anoma, General Fonseka is scheduled to take an x-ray.
