Consumer's Price Index increased marginally by 0.4 percent over previous month's, with the Index moving upward to 209.4 from 208.6 in September, 2009.
The inflation rate has been declining continually for the past ten months from a peak at 28.2 percent in June 2008 due to high global food and oil prices.
