Oct 27, Colombo: Another school in a suburb of Sri Lanka capital Colombo has been temporarily closed due to an unidentified ailment from this morning.
Padukka police said that M.D.H Jayawardana Vidyalaya at Udumulla in Padukka has been temporarily closed due to an unidentified fever spread through out the school.
At least thirty students are suffering from this fever, the principal of the school told the media.
The zonal education office in Homagama said that they have instructed the principal to temporarily close the school for three days.
The education officials are to carry out a sterilization program during the coming days in the school.
