Oct 24, Colombo: Colombo Municipal Council is caring out numerous projects to bring back the Colombo city to its pristine glory in a month period, said Chief City Administrator Omar Kamil.
Kamil expressed these comments during a ceremony organized to open the Deformity Rehabilitation Indigenous Medical Clinic for war heroes at Glennie Street, Colombo 02, yesterday.
Some of the projects are on the edge of completion, he added.
The projects include road widening, rehabilitation of canals and sewer lines, refurbishment of roundabouts and expansion of medical and recreation centers.
