Nov 19, Colombo: At least two persons engaged in demining activities in Sri Lanka's Northern region were injured during the clearing operations.
The military confirmed that two local de-miners received injuries while attempting to clear a landmine at Manipurm in Vidithalathivu.
The injured de-miners have been admitted to the hospital, but there was no immediate report on their condition.
