Nov 06, Colombo: Sri Lanka President Mahinda Rajapaksa today made a surprise visit to the Parliament complex in Sri Jayewardenepura Kotte, Presidential Media Unit said.
According to the Media Unit President Rajapaksa has spent nearly an hour in the Parliament.
During his stay at the Parliament President Rajapaksa has held discussions with Tamil National Alliance MPs as well as with several government ministers at the President's official room.
After the discussions President has participated in the evening tea break with several parliamentarians.
