Nov 03, Colombo: A two-day Indo – Sri Lanka bilateral seminar on countering maritime threats posed by non-state actors will start tomorrow (Nov 04) at the Taj Samudra Hotel.
The seminar was organized by the Ministry of Defence strategic affairs division in collaboration with the National Maritime Foundation in India.
Commander of Sri Lanka Navy Vice Admiral Thisara Samarasinghe will deliver the key note address at the seminar.
A contingent of senior officers of the Sri Lanka Navy and Indian authorities of National Maritime Foundation will participate in the event.
