The Magistrate ordered to further remand the suspects for another two weeks.
Major General Janaka Perera and 27 others including his wife were killed on October 09, 2008 when a suicide bomber blew himself at the opposition UNP party office in Anuradhapura. Six suspects are in remand custody over the incident.
