Nalanda College Ranaviru Felicitation Ceremony
July 31, Colombo: The Head Prefect of Nalanda College, Rusiru Gamage pinned the first flag of the Nalanda College Ranaviru Felicitation Ceremony to Sri Lanka President Mahinda Rajapaksa today at the Temple Trees. The event is scheduled to be held Sunday, August 2nd at the school grounds.
A newly constructed building at Nalanda College Colombo, with a Ranaviru Monument in commemoration of the services rendered by President Mahinda Rajapaksa as an old boy of the college, in liberating the country from terror, was donated to the college recently.
Principal Hemantha Premathilaka, President, Junior Old Boys' Association Sugath Nagahawatta and the General Secretary Nalin Dharmasinghe were also present at the occasion.
