July 29, Colombo: Sri Lankan fast bowler Dilhara Fernando has been recalled for the one-day international (ODI) series against Pakistan tomorrow, Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) said.
The chairman of the selection Committee Asantha De Mel told the media this afternoon that they have recalled Dilhara Fernando as the team wants an experienced fast bowler due to replace Chaminda Vaas.
Dilhara Fernando was dropped from the squad earlier by the SLC.
The five-match ODI series is to commence tomorrow with the first match playing at the Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium.
