July 08, Colombo: Sri Lanka Foreign Ministry says the aids from the international community for the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in the North are rising day by day.

In the latest donation, King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia has ordered food aid and other forms of assistance to Sri Lanka to help the IDPs in the North.

Sri Lanka Foreign Ministry said the Saudi Arabian Government will send the relief assistance to help the Sri Lankan humanitarian efforts of treating the IDPs. Two Saudi Arabian aircrafts are to reach Sri Lanka this week with those aid packages donated by Kung Abdullah.
