More than 4,500 persons engaged in the legal profession met with the President at the Temple Trees yesterday and pledged their support to him.
Ministers Prof. G.L Peiris, W.D.J. Seneviratne, and Nimal Siripala De Silva also participated in the discussions.
Addressing the gathering Minister Seneviratne said the government has carried out massive development projects including port development, irrigation, and construction of power plants.
