* 68 Chinese origin people awarded Sri Lankan Citizenship

Mar 31, Colombo: At least 68 Chinese origin people, who are living in Sri Lanka, were given Sri Lankan Citizenship yesterday in Colombo.

Prime Minister Rathnasiri Wickramanayaka awarded the certificate of citizenship at a special function held at the BMICH last evening.

Hundreds of Chinese origin people are living in Sri Lanka and several of them have businesses in the country.
