Mar 30, Batticaloa: The one time military commander in LTTE, National Integration and Reconciliation Minister of Sri Lanka Vinayagamoorthy Muralitharan alias Karuna Amman today said that the LTTE rebel outfit could not win any guerrilla war.
Speaking at a Sri Lanka Freedom Party rally held in Batticaloa town this morning, Minister Muralitharan described the LTTE leader Prabhakaran as already a dead person.
He said the LTTE leader could not stand up again on his feet as he and the rest of his LTTE cadres are unable to face the heavy attacks from the government forces.
"The time and the coerciveness of Velupillai Prabhakaran are now over and he could not win this war in any manner," Minister Muralitharan said.
According to the Minister only two options available for the LTTE leader are to surrender to the government or to commit suicide.
Finally he asked the Eastern people not to support the LTTE outfit as they were already defeated by the government.
